Robin Aire is currently hiring for office staff in its convenient Wixom location!

Administrative Assistant, Part Time

This position is responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to scheduling, inquires, concerns, and requests about products and services. Responsibilities also include internal office duties for company president to maintain consistent business practice. Candidate must desire work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

 

Job Functions:

         Understand the basic service call and service agreement delivery procedures

         Understand and follow high customer care procedures

         Must have excellent organizational skills

         Must have excellent computer skills to include Microsoft Office Outlook, Word and Excel

         Must have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

         Ability to work with little supervision required

         Self-motivation and desire to achieve goals necessary for success

 

Required Education and Experience:

         Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school with one year customer service experience or Minimum of two years of proven customer service and/or administrative duties
