Since 1962, the Huron Valley Chamber of Commerce has worked to improve the economy and quality of life in the Huron Valley area. The Chamber is an advocate for the community and its businesses, promoting and providing a channel of communication that helps residents, visitors, merchants and business people find and fulfill each other's needs locally. The Chamber also provides a wide array of bottom line benefits and services to its members to help them save money and increase their business. We work for you!
• New business contacts! Attending Chamber events puts you in touch with potential connections. Take advantage of the Chamber's networking events, including monthly Coffee Club morning mixers, lunch mixers and seminars, and business after hour events, all held at member businesses or the Chamber office for little or no fee. Our Golf League and Ambassadors Program give members additional ways to build relationships.
• Benefits to save you money! Use your free notary service. Sign up for savings on group health insurance programs, auto insurance, business insurance, cellular and long distance service, even office supplies. Save money with on membership with affiliated organizations like credit unions or the local YMCA. Be among the members who offer or enjoy Member-2-Members savings and specials. Don't have a website? Join our affordable Online Business EXPO and have a mini-website for pennies a day!
• Marketing your business! It's easy to get the word out about your business! Members are listed by category in our annual Business Directory & Buyer's Guide, distributed to 9,000 businesses and households in the Huron Valley area. Every member is also listed on our Web site with links to your site. Every day the Chamber receives inquires about local businesses, and we refer our members. The bi-monthly Chamber News provides great advertising possibilities at a low cost, ranging in size from business card to full page. The New Resident Welcome Program and ChamberBucks Gift Certificates are ways our members stand out to customers and keep them shopping locally. Opportunities to sponsor our events provide unique and meaningful ways to reach your target audience - ask about the possibilities!
